Incident History

Resolved — Elevated Maritime AIS Latency

Resolved

Jul 3, 2026 · Duration: 45 minutes · Affected: APAC Maritime Operators

Between 14:20–15:05 UTC, AIS data refresh latency increased from the typical 30s to 90–120s for some maritime operators in the APAC region. Root cause was a BGP routing change by an upstream provider. Mitigation was applied by switching to a backup route at 15:05 UTC. No data loss occurred.

Resolved — Dashboard Slow Loading (EU Region)

Resolved

Jun 18, 2026 · Duration: 40 minutes · Affected: EU Dashboard Users

The web dashboard experienced slow initial load times (8–15s) for EU users between 09:00–09:40 UTC following a CDN cache purge during a deployment. Edge cache was repopulated within 40 minutes. Core API and mobile apps were unaffected.
