Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lander Folk platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services, operated by Landing for Mobile Apps, a company incorporated in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lander Folk you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most Lander Folk features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use
Lander Folk is licensed for lawful personal and commercial use as a marketplace connecting parking space owners (landlords) with drivers seeking parking (requesters). You may not use Lander Folk for any illegal purpose, to list a space you are not authorized to offer, or in violation of local traffic, parking, or property regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, data, and software on the Lander Folk platform are owned by Landing for Mobile Apps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscription fees for Landlord and Corporate plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, per the pricing at landersfolk.com/pricing. Requester accounts are free. You may cancel a subscription at any time from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments for individual bookings are handled separately and are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lander Folk provides a platform connecting landlords and requesters. We do not own, operate, or inspect the parking spaces listed on the platform and are not a party to the arrangement between a landlord and a requester. Lander Folk is not liable for damages, losses, disputes, or regulatory penalties arising from a booking, a listed space, or user conduct, except as required by applicable law.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high platform uptime, with planned maintenance announced via our status page. We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a safety risk. You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
